These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyMealGrid website and mobile applications (“Services”).

By using MyMealGrid, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, meals, photos, and other content you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep MyMealGrid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. Paid Features

If MyMealGrid offers paid plans:

• Prices and features will be clearly disclosed
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds follow our posted refund policy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digitalis Creative Inc. is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
